Quick answer
MAG boxes use the portal (Stalker) method: the service is linked to your box's MAC address and you enter a portal URL on the box. There's no username or password to type.
Before you start
- An active Kemo IPTV trial or subscription (your activation email contains your login details).
- A stable internet connection — about 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps or more for 4K, per stream.
- Your MAG box's MAC address (on the sticker underneath, or in Settings → Device info).
Which login method to use
- MAC address / Stalker portal: The service is linked to your device's MAC address. You enter a portal URL on the device and we register your MAC on our side.
Step 1 — Send us your MAC address
- Find the MAC address — it starts with 00:1A:79.
- Send it to us through your order/trial reference on WhatsApp or the contact form. We'll register it and reply with your portal URL.
Step 2 — Enter the portal
- On the MAG box, open Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
- In Portal 1 name, type Kemo. In Portal 1 URL, enter the portal URL we sent you.
- Select OK to save, go back and choose Restart portal.
- The box reboots and loads the channel list.

The guide comes from the portal automatically — no extra setup.
Common errors and fixes
