Please read these terms before requesting a trial or placing an order.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of kemoiptv.us.com and any trial or subscription you obtain through it. The service is provided by [LEGAL REVIEW] Legal entity name (“we”, “us”). By requesting a trial or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
2. Service description
We provide access to an IPTV subscription delivered over the internet, viewed through third-party player apps. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with any broadcaster, league, studio or streaming platform. Channel and on-demand availability changes over time, and we don't guarantee that any specific channel, event or title will be available.
3. Plan durations
Plans last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from activation. Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. To continue after a plan ends, place a new order. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page.
4. Connection limits
Each plan includes 1 to 5 connections. One connection means one stream playing at a time. You may install player apps on several devices, but simultaneous playback beyond your plan's connection count will be refused. Login details are for your household only and must not be shared or resold.
5. Orders and payments
Prices are in USD and calculated by our system at checkout. When you place an order we send payment instructions by email. An order is only paid once we have confirmed receipt of payment; placing an order or receiving a payment link does not by itself create a paid subscription.
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal, cryptocurrency and bank-transfer payments are arranged with our support team. After payment is confirmed, our team activates your subscription and sends your login details. Activation is handled manually and is not instant.
6. Free trial
Free trials last 24 hours from activation and are limited to one per person or household. Trial requests are reviewed manually; details are typically sent within 1–3 hours after your request is reviewed. We may decline trial requests that appear duplicated or abusive.
7. Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, publish or resell your login details, playlist links or portal URLs;
- exceed your connection limit or attempt to bypass it;
- record, redistribute or publicly display content in breach of applicable law;
- interfere with the service, our website or other users.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws of the country where you live. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Service limitations
Streaming quality depends on your internet connection, device and player app. Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network issues or events outside our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular uptime.
10. Support
Support is available via WhatsApp, Telegram, email and our contact form. We aim to reply as quickly as we can but don't promise a specific response time.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of: [LEGAL REVIEW] Country of operation / governing law. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
