- Free trial requests: first name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp, country, device, optional player app, optional MAC address/device ID, and any special requests.
- Orders: full name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp, optional country, selected plan, preferred payment method and notes.
- Contact form: name, email, optional order/trial reference, device/player, issue category and message.
- Technical data: your IP address is processed briefly to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
- Payments: card payments are entered on Stripe's hosted page. We receive payment status, amount and the email used — never your full card number.
3. How we use your data
- To review and deliver free trials.
- To process orders, send payment instructions, confirm payments and activate subscriptions.
- To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse of our forms.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Service providers who process your data
We share data only with providers that help us run the service:
- Vercel — website hosting and server functions.
- Upstash — database used to store trial, order and contact records and to limit repeated submissions.
- Brevo — sending transactional emails (confirmations, payment instructions, support replies).
- Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script) — our internal record of trial requests and orders.
- Stripe — processing card and wallet payments.
- WhatsApp, Telegram or email providers — when you choose to contact us through them.
- Providers of PayPal, cryptocurrency or bank transfer payments, if you choose those methods.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We don't sell your personal data.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our forms may use your browser's storage only to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. Stripe's payment page sets its own cookies, governed by Stripe's privacy policy. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy first.
6. Data retention
We keep trial, order and support records only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize them. Short-lived anti-spam data expires automatically.[LEGAL REVIEW] Specific retention periods to be confirmed.
